The Company reserves the right to unilaterally modify these Terms and Conditions, without this affecting services contracted prior to the modification. Furthermore, the user, whether an individual or a professional, identified on the website through their provided personal data, is involved in the contracting process and is fully responsible for its use and safekeeping. This data will be processed in accordance with the Company's Data Processing Policy, respecting all applicable regulations.<\/p>\n

By using this website, the Client consents to the processing of their data and declares that it is truthful and accurate. Therefore, the Client agrees to:<\/p>\n

iv. Not to misuse this website by knowingly introducing viruses, Trojans, worms, logic bombs, or any other technologically harmful or damaging programs or material. The Client shall not attempt to gain unauthorized access to this website, the server on which it is hosted, or any server, computer, or database connected with our website. Failure to comply with this clause may result in the commission of offenses punishable under applicable law.<\/p>\n

The user confirms being over 18 years of age and having the legal capacity to enter into a contract. In this regard, the Company may verify compliance with this requirement through any means it deems appropriate.<\/p>\n

Subject of the Contract<\/p>\n

The purpose of this contract is to regulate the contractual relationship for the rental of tourist accommodation services, established between the Company and the Client at the moment the latter accepts the commercial offer during the online contracting process.<\/p>\n

The contractual relationship entails the provision of the selected services in the chosen modality, as offered and priced on the website in exchange for a price determined and publicly displayed through this site.<\/p>\n

The services offered on this website are available throughout Spain. If the customer is located outside of Spain, the company reserves the right to refuse and\/or cancel the order.<\/p>\n

All orders are subject to availability. In the event of service disruptions, the Company will inform you by email and refund any amount you may have paid.<\/p>\n

Procurement Procedure<\/p>\n

The booking process can only be completed in Spanish and English. To place an order, the Customer must follow the online booking procedure and click the \u201cREQUEST BOOKING\u201d button. The Customer will then receive an email acknowledging receipt of their booking (\u201cBooking Confirmation\u201d) along with the corresponding invoice within 24 hours of making the booking. The Customer can also check the status of their order by calling Customer Service.<\/p>\n

In order to rent the properties offered by the provider, the Client must identify themselves through the website by completing the "RESERVATION REQUEST" form. To do this, the user must freely and voluntarily provide the personal data that will be requested.<\/p>\n

The user will provide identifying information, such as name, surname, email address, delivery address, telephone number, and subsequently payment details. The company undertakes to use this information diligently and only share it with third parties, such as competent public authorities or the financial institution. The user also undertakes to notify the service provider immediately of any loss or theft of this information, or of any unauthorized access by a third party, so that the provider can proceed with immediate blocking.<\/p>\n

Price and validity period of the offer<\/p>\n

The prices shown for each product include Value Added Tax (7% IGIC) or any other applicable taxes or duties and are always expressed in Euros (\u20ac). The price will also be shown with a breakdown of any applicable increases or discounts.
The applicable prices are valid except in cases of property unavailability or typographical error and will be those published on the website and applied automatically by the contracting process in the last phase of the same after including shipping costs where applicable.<\/p>\n

Every payment made to the Provider will result in the Client receiving an invoice in the name of the registered user.<\/p>\n

Making Reservations<\/p>\n

Reservations will be processed immediately. Online order status tracking is available to registered users.
The provider assumes no responsibility when the reservation of the product or service is not completed as a result of the data provided by the user being false, inaccurate or incomplete or when the service cannot be provided for reasons beyond the provider's control.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, the provider must take the measures required of a diligent merchant, to the satisfaction of the customer, and therefore no liability may be imputed against the provider.<\/p>\n

Entrances and exits<\/p>\n

Check-in: from 4:00 PM to 11:00 PM.<\/p>\n

Check-out: Until 11:00 am on your last day.<\/p>\n

The house will be available from 4:00 PM. Please let us know your approximate arrival time so we can plan your check-in and keep you informed of any delays or changes. Please also provide your phone number and email address in case we need to contact you.
On the day of departure, the house will be vacated before 11:00 a.m. However, if guests wish to enter or leave the property at different times, they may do so by prior arrangement and provided that it will not be occupied by another client.<\/p>\n

If you need to check out later, please ask at check-in if this is possible. We will try to accommodate your request.
Please make sure to hand over ALL sets of keys before leaving.<\/p>\n

Payment methods<\/p>\n

You can pay for your orders using the following payment methods: 1. Credit or debit card.<\/p>\n

Accommodation Rules<\/p>\n

Guests are responsible for keeping the house properly locked in their absence.
Guests may not carry out any annoying, unhealthy, harmful, dangerous or illegal activities in the accommodation.
Parties or gatherings that may cause disturbance will not be allowed.
Community regulations regarding noise will be respected (from 10 pm to 10 am).
No visits are allowed without the express consent of the owner.
Bachelor\/bachelorette parties are not allowed.
The facilities will be kept in perfect working order, each item in its original place; if any damage occurs to the facilities, it must be reported to the owner.
Guests must treat the accommodation and its contents with respect and not remove anything; they will be responsible for any damage caused. No pets allowed.
Please take care of the house and respect the rest of others, as well as the owners and the surrounding area. Dream Apartments Canarias welcomes any suggestions you may have to make your stay more enjoyable.<\/p>\n

Withdrawal and Cancellation Policies<\/p>\n

Users who qualify as consumers may not withdraw from their contract except in cases of force majeure. Reasons related to COVID-19 will not be considered force majeure except in cases where restrictions are imposed by national public authorities. Online reservations are non-refundable except where legally required.<\/p>\n

With regard to professionals, the rules for cancellation and termination of the contract are subject to the provisions of the Commercial Code, and supplementarily to the provisions of the Civil Code.<\/p>\n

To meet the withdrawal deadline, simply send your communication concerning your exercise of this right before the withdrawal period expires. You can send it by email or post to the addresses indicated in the document.<\/p>\n

Cancellation policy<\/p>\n

The 100% reservation deposit will be credited towards the final amount of the contracted services and is non-refundable and non-transferable. If the client wishes to cancel a reservation, there is a cancellation fee equal to the total amount of the reservation paid, in accordance with Decree 113\/2015 of May 22, concerning tourist apartment establishments in the Canary Islands.<\/p>\n

If the customer changes the dates, it will be considered a new booking and will also be subject to the cancellation conditions.
Any cancellation, including those due to force majeure, will be subject to our cancellation policy. All cancellations or changes must be made by email. Cancellations or changes made by phone will not be accepted.<\/p>\n

Equipment<\/p>\n

Prices include:<\/p>\n

Water, electricity, and heating are included. Bed linen and towels are provided for each guest. Bed linen includes sheets, blankets, and a duvet. Bath and hand towels are provided for each guest. The kitchen is fully equipped (dishwasher, oven, ceramic hob, refrigerator, microwave, juicer, and other small appliances, as well as dishes, glasses, cutlery, pans, pots, etc.). WiFi is also included.<\/p>\n

Cleaning<\/p>\n

The accommodation is cleaned before each guest's arrival. Upon departure, guests are required to leave the house in reasonable condition, with all rubbish properly disposed of. Otherwise, a cleaning fee will be charged.<\/p>\n

Interruption of stay<\/p>\n

No refund or credit will be given in case of interrupting the stay at the accommodation.<\/p>\n

Applicable Law and Jurisdiction<\/p>\n

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with Spanish law in all matters not expressly provided for herein. The provider and the user agree to submit any dispute that may arise from the provision of the products or services covered by these Terms and Conditions to the Courts of the user's domicile.<\/p>\n

In the event that the user is domiciled outside of Spain, the provider and the user expressly waive any other jurisdiction, submitting to the Courts and Tribunals of Santa Cruz de Tenerife (Spain).<\/p>\n
